RESELLER REQUIREMENTS

All products must remain in our supplied tubes, jars, or bottles.

For those desiring to carry our products, we require the following:

1. Evidence of current business license.
2. Evidence of current cosmetic/or esthetician license.
3. Each order must be 20+ items to receive 50% off the retail price, as long as proof of licenses are provided.

1. The first order must be pre-paid.
2. Subsequent orders up to $500 may be sent with a 30 day invoice.
3. For orders over $500, please submit a credit statement or call Skin Biology.
4. Shipping costs are added to the subtotal BEFORE discount is applied and will be shipped by weight. When weight is calculated we will email you with the actual cost. You may also ship using your own shipping account information (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc).
5. For orders of 20+ items, an additional 3% handling surcharge will be added to the subtotal (before discount is applied).
6. Prices are subject to change without notice
7. Orders will be shipped in the order received. All orders are subject to availability of product.
8. There will be no partial shipments of orders.
9. Bonuses or Free Samples are not available to resellers.

All International orders are to be prepaid and sent by insured airmail. And we now have an electronic order form/price list that will automatically calculate your total for orders of 20+ items. For more information Contact Skin Biology

IMPORTANT: All orders to resellers are shipped via USPS Priority Insured Mail with tracking . However, Skin Biology IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING. Damages incurred during shipping must be handled by contacting the post office (supply them with the Insured Tracking Number). Our staff carefully packs all goods, but we are not liable for mishandling by postal service carriers. Contact USPS directly with any concerns about damage incurred during shipping.
