Apply TriReduction, Super CP Serum, or Super Cop Cream
Apply a thin layer to the hyperpigmented (or hypopigmented) area every morning.

Exfoliate with Exfol Cream (2% hydroxy acid) or LacSal Cream (Lactic/Salicylic Acid Mix) or NEW! Lactic Power 10™ (pure 10%Lactic Acid)
Apply either Exfol Cream, LacSal Cream, or Lactic Power 10 to the area every evening. After 20-30 minutes another application of the copper-peptide product of your choice can be applied on top.

Try this system for two months. If you do not see enough progress, try using a stronger hydroxy acid from one of our resellers. Or use a method of manual abrasion (such as a microdermabrasion cloth).

Hi, I had a light Erbium laser on my face and have been experimenting a little with regular CP Serum and Emu Oil... Although it suddenly turned a bit hyper pigmented early into using the CP’s I was still relieved, very much preferring that to hypo and I consider it something of a triumph because at least I can do something about that...The white patch in the before picture wasn’t a blister any longer at that point, as it seemed to heal pretty quickly into a flat white patch. I used a drop of CP on it morning and night at that point which was overdoing it because of my haste and it was getting a bit itchy. A diluted drop perhaps once a day would probably have lessened the pigment that developed but I can easily work on that later.

Hydroxy acids and SRCPs removed my age spot and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It takes several cycles of spot treatments over several months to remove the damaged tissue (hyperpigmentation)...I successfully remodeled a sunspot (difficult to remodel and had to be done in cycles and layers) above my cheek by spot treating it by burning a damaged layer off with a moderately strong leave-on salicylic acid (16.2%) 2-3 times a day and for 2-3 days and then rebuild the exposed wound with lots of antioxidant oil (or neosporin ointment) only for a few days and then incorporate CP Serum... I modified the procedure with evermore confidence and efficiency with each cycle of treatment until all pigmentation is remodeled.

I just wanted to mention that I am seeing GREAT results in only 2 weeks! I am using LacSal Serum once a day, and Super Cop 2X once or twice a day, along with Retin A a couple of times a week. I have only been using this combo for 2 weeks, but I am already seeing a substantial reduction in some hyperpigmentation "stripes" along the sides of my face and jaw. WAAAY more impressive than the Rx Tri-Luma results after consistent usage for 1 year, and 4 treatments of costly Fraxel that made me puff up like a giant lobster head. Thank you for making such great products available to us at such a reasonable cost!

I am proud to say that my skin is so much better now... The hyperpigmentation is going away rather quickly. I am now only using Exfol Cream in the morning and CP Serum all over face at night and spot treating scars with Super Cop 2X... The scars are not gone-yet, but they look better and better each day. I love these products!!!.

I use Super Cop 2X and Emu Oil, as well as Retin A. Retin A first, then the Super Cop 2X (that is used only every 2nd night), then the emu. My skin has never looked better. Tighter, more refined, all of my hyperpigmentation from brown acne scars (light olive skin here) are GONE. This did not happen over night. And, even now if I use the Super Cop 2X too often, my under eye skin gets 'lax,' but this disspates quickly by backing off. In fact, using it and backing off seems to elicit the most progress in terms of skin improvement.

Keep in mind that skin damage that has manifested itself by a change to the pigment/color of the skin (hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation) often is due to some type of deep buried skin damage that has occurred at some layer causing a signal to be sent telling the skin to replicate itself pushing out too much melanin (as with hyperpigmentation) or too little melanin (hypopigmentation).
Understanding skin biology is key to reducing this damage. The goal is to remove or break down damage using abrasion (either chemical, as with hydroxy acids / or manual, as with skin scrubs) while at the same time triggering faster, improved production of healthy skin cells using Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides (SRCPs).
The method must be used for at least a good 4-6 months consistently for best results.

Why Skin Remodeling Is the Key to Scar Removal
Stronger beta hydroxy acids will speed the procedure but also increase the chances of irritation or chemical burns. Skin Biology's LacSal Cream and LacSal Serum is a 10% hydroxy acid (8.5% lactic - 1.5% salicylic) formulated at pH 3.2. Some customers and clinics use stronger salicylic acids or 30% to 70% hydroxy acids to damaged tissue then apply the copper peptide product.
Many times method of manual abrasion work exceptionally well when dealing with tough pigmented scars. Using a microdermabrasion cloth or skin scrub to effectively increase the skin cell turnover rate in the area often improves the results of the copper-peptides work on the skin.
If you have very sensitive skin, always start with our mildest copper peptide: Super GHK-Copper Cream. If you are prone to acne, use Super CP Serum with LacSal Serum
It takes about a month to start noticing an improvement. But really good results take several months.
If you have combination-to-oily skin type use the serum/liquid oil-free versions of our products. If you have normal-to-dry skin type use the creams. For spot treatments only: use the cream versions, once or twice a day regularly.
Typical results take approximately 4-6 weeks of consistent use. The key is to keep working on the pigmented blemish.
